Ban Loki 4.0

Hello everyone,

I'm sure you guys are all well aware of the user Loki in chat. The one who spews homophobic and racial slurs, the one who threatens to murder other ******** and makes a mockery out of sexual assault victims. Now that a new admin who he is no longer protected by has taken over, should he be banned permanently? Yes or No?

As a long term user of General Chat Loki does behave in this manner, I for one have never seen him engage with anyone underage in an inppropriate way, having said that he does get trolled endlessly via a few who are known disrupters of the room.

On the other hand Loki made a yutube video about me and how he was going to blow my head off and showing his front door (which I have since lost) others can vouch this happened and not a thing was done about it, not that I want any action but he does have a dark nasty side to him and this was over something he deemed I contributed too by dating someone in the room (Ive never dated anyone).

So there is two sides to every story and I for one have been guilty of bad behaviour years ago (when I first arrived) I have been here around 14 years now by ignoring those chatter or not interacting with them stops feeding them and they will find a new target. Loki gives as good as he gets which keeps feeding the sharks if only he used ignore or didnt react they would move on.

oh stop- you know that simply isn't true. If I am in the room, he is actioned for his responses that break our rules 100% of the time. The other mods follow suit. Some of those screenshots are pushing a year now, if not more. You're actioned as well, being as you evading and continuing to go at him on your multiple guest accounts after your VIP is booted, is also breaking the rules. Glass houses.
Aside from that- I do agree with Memes- while he does seem to say hello to everyone in main regardless of age....in my entire time here- I have never seen him involved in an inappropriate PM with a child. I have said many many times- if someone (anyone!) has proof of that- send it to me! (and no, the altered screenshots that are constantly spammed in main do not count).
That being said- do I agree with his behavior, and his responses to you? Absolutely not. But also- I don't agree with the incessant trolling either. As Memes stated- you only continue to go at him because of his refusal to ignore, and how he rages back at you. We don't need the screenshots, we all know how he responds, he's booted because of it- but it's literally the same thing every day. And it gets tiring for us...truly.

Some of these screenshots were from before I became an Admin in General Chat. One of the screenshots is from over a year ago and something I personally actioned him for when I was a Mod in General Chat.

I’m curious as to why these screenshots weren’t sent to me directly, specifically because the day I became Admin in there you had no issue PMing me to tell me your feelings about Loki.

Regardless, please continue to report any posts that go against room rules. Once a staff member is available in the room, the reports will be handled accordingly. You’re also welcome to send me screenshots of the posts when they’re happening to my PMs or DMs here on Forums. You’re also free to use ignore at anytime so that you don’t have to be subjected to his typically vile posts, but that’s your call.

Something that isn’t ok, though, is spamming the room with the link to this thread which you were actioned for yesterday, so please refrain from doing that moving forward, as a Forums poll holds no weight to whether or not a ban is issued on a chatter in a room.

Also, I’ve removed some of the screenshots as that kind of language isn’t allowed on Forums and in another screenshot you’ve now doxed Loki on Forums, which also isn’t allowed.

I cannot fix anything that happened before my role as Admin in that room, however, I’m fully capable of handling things that have occurred since then. It helps most when I’m directly made aware of the issues as they occur versus days/weeks after.

Ultimately, no one is above the rules, and because you’ve made it a point to include the fact that I’m the rooms new Admin, I can only hope that you’ll also grant me the opportunity to fulfill the role to the best of my ability moving forward.

I wasn't referring to you, you usually action him but other mods don't (I won't name names.) I like you have never seen him act inappropriately with a child, but he has used homophobic and racial slurs, he has threatened to murder other users and their families, he has doxed other users. All of those are grounds for a permanent ban and there is absolutely no excuse as to why he is saying those things, regardless if provoked or not.

It's not even worth your time. At the end of the day, they can spew all the slurs they'd like. Eventually they will have consequences. I do not think a ban is necessary for homophobic, or slurs. There are other ways to handle things such as this without banning them outright.

How convenient to ignore what's said and done to him..I get it..you are part of that group that does it to get a rise out of him.. ive seen him get muted a lot..

So I guess mocking someone's dead family members gets a pass... and its not one time thing..its over and over and over in more and more vile ways. But yeah..lets focus on his reactions to the harassment and not on the ones doing it.

I'll assume you don't know what I'm talking about so I'll tell you that I'm not talking about the bald thing.. Im talking about people that bring up his loved one that died and they keep saying vile things about him to loki.

bc i am talking about loki using child sex abuse in detail, as an insult just because someone called him bald ( which he is );

my point is it doesnt matter whateva his reason is…

be it death threats from strangers online, or strangers online callin’ him bald; a grown ass man has no business talking about child sex abuse like that regardless of these buIIshit circumstances…

ppl say absolute vile things to me any given time im online, dont see me using that as an excuse for my behavior 🤷🏼‍♀️

I dont know the context of that story. Nor am I defending it.. I am however defending his response to people mocking his dead loved one.. but you said it yourself "you don't care" and I'll note that for the second time you bring up the bald thing as if im defending what he said because you called him bald.. and not the fact that someone said to him * I'll dig up your dead brother and put the corpse on your front porch after I piss on it*

I’ve seen Loki mocking child SA before, and it’s really fucked up that he makes a joke about such a serious thing, saying someone was SA’ed too much as a kid. What a horrible person.

Does that make him guilty, though?

If someone shares a joke about black people or Asian people, does that make them racist? Hell yeah!

Think about it that way.

the funniest part to me about ppl justifying these kinds of comments???

he could just use the ignore function, but he doesnt…

instead loki willingly not only engages in it, but also actively thinks about detailed child sex abuse insults hurl back at them 👺

normal adults dont think about child sex abuse in graphic detail like that, whateva the stupid reason be…

i guess it must be also fine in the eyes of these same people for hannah to compare my partially nude body to a naked 13 year old in detail too, since shes a tortured soul, right??? 🤷🏼‍♀️

At the end of the day, Loki could easily press that ignore button. But, he doesn't. And he says vile things in the process. Do you agree with him using homohphic slurs? Racial slurs? You've already stated you don't agree with him using SA references. And messing with his brother is a little out of line. But even still, that's no excuse to threaten to murder someone. That's breaking the law.

I say this all the damn time. I’ve always agreed that the things he says is horrible yes but I don’t blame him when he’s been trolled for years long before I joined the site with the same bs. The same people troll him using his deceased family members and trying to make him admit to being a kiddie fiddler when he’s not! I’ve never seen him act inappropriate with any underage user in that room. The cutie screenshot, I’ve never seen the man say that to any underage user under his own account. I get you want him gone, but it’s not fair if two wrongs don’t make a right. It’s not fair that people get to troll him using his deceased family members and using his family pics against him, but those same exact people are the ones crying victim when he responds in the way that he does. Shıt I don’t blame him. It doesn’t make you look any better doing the same shıt people have been doing to him for years. I’ve been waiting to see these screenshots that make him out to be a kiddie fiddler for years. I haven’t seen a damn thing.

When I came back to the site one crazy rumor strangers in the room made about me was that I was Loki’s Kenyan girlfriend. 💀 People want to bring him down so bad you make up things like that. For 1, I’m not Kenyan nor am I British. And that woman is a year older than me, she’s a teenager. People have somehow went out their pathetic way to doxx this woman that doesn’t even know about this site. His troll group telling people that this woman is a teenage girl to make him out to be a kiddie fiddler when NONE of us know her. That’s some insane shıt to do.

Loki is one of the reasons I don't chat at General anymore, HR was the main reason. I have seen him post very vile racist things. Once again this was when HR was there, and you could add in My Opinion all Gingers have no soul to prevent you from being kicked for racism against red heads. I know HR may of enabled this type of thing. I don't know about his deceased relatives, choices of girlfriends etc.
I think Loki should be kicked for racist comments and I am sure this is being done.

He was always kicked for his comments. He’s my friend and even I kicked him when I was a mod there. I showed no favoritism. He would get mad at me and I would always explain to him to just ignore because it’s unacceptable.

1, " a little out if line?" It's a LOT out of line.. 2, if you say vile things to someone expect vile things said back to you. And 3,
I've only ever seem him say he would kill someone IF they showed up at his address..(which I'm strongly against the posting of his address even if it's him doing it) 4.ive condemned him for fighting fire with fire..AND I've condemned the ones starting the fires in the first place.

All I have to say in this situation is that two wrongs don't make a right. The OP wants Loki banned, but the OP is banned himself. Then he signs on as a guest to torture Loki every damn day. Honestly, I've never seen Loki attack anyone who didn't come at him first. He certainly has never spoken to me that way. Does that excuse his behavior? No, it doesn't. Every single mod in General Chat have muted or kicked him, so to say that nothing gets done is fake news. In fact, I'm currently working on increasing his action times for as long as I still see it happening.

Loki knows that by retaliating against his trolls, what he's doing is wrong but he doesn't care. Why? Because you're attacking his family member, spamming him daily and relentlessly about this same, tired topic. That would bother anyone. I've asked you to stop attacking him as well, but you haven't either. You will continue to be kicked for ban evading/trolling, and he will continue to be kicked for retaliating.
