Unfairly banned

Hi, I was banned at around 11:50 last night. I reported an underage person who messaged me. I don’t understand why I was banned? Can you please remove it as I didn’t violate anything. Thank you.

Hello, I don’t see any account with the name sweetsinner18 in either AC Mobile or Desktop. Was it a guest account? Is the spelling correct?
Which room was it in?

Hi, yes the spelling is correct. It wasn’t a guest account. It was the adult chat. net site. Unless I’m on the wrong forum? It was in the adult chat room.
