I know firsthand that they do, they dont have the capacity to snag every single one, but they do try, give them room to work, your posts aren't helping.

I know that before he departed H.R. PuffGotStuf told me that Chatmaster was the only one that can "action" a chatter which was probably a lie but there has to be a way to make him KOS. There seems to be a fixation on younger users. Probably against TOS but this one is almost meriting being reported to authorities.
