Yeah I usually go to Girls Chat because @AussieFiFi literally lives on there during Aussie time šŸ¤£ but fr we donā€™t count much tbh, as long as EU and North America is covered.

Remember, some Americans believe weā€™re all paid actors and arenā€™t even real šŸ„ø

Clemson I think it is unfair to compare him to Dudley Do Right. He was a mod under HR and left. He probably can't stand the guy.

Haha yā€™all are silly. Aussieā€™s matter lots! The coverage for EST overnights (Aussie days) is indeed coming.

All I ask is that you all please keep in mind that Iā€™ve only been in the room for maybe 2 months (?), have thrown a ridiculous amount of new things/ways of handling things to the Mods in General who have been quite literally kicking ass at tackling everything Iā€™ve thrown their way in such a short amount of time (so freaking grateful to them for it, and I know some of you in this thread are, too), and have been hyperfocusing on making sure the structure to the ā€œfoundationā€ of that room is so solid, that anyone joining staff (and the room) will slide into the fold of consistent and fair moderation, with ease.

Also, @CLEMS0N - @American Badger was one of the most helpful Mods I ever had the pleasure of moderating alongside of when I modded in General. Heā€™s fair, takes direction incredibly well, and is an excellent chatter. I couldnā€™t ask for a better addition to the team. Luckily, though, we have a couple more on their way! šŸ˜Š

~mutters~ well, we all know what it was like to mod under HR HufnPuf. He wasnā€™t exactly user friendly.

Thats alright @TheLeigh - sometimes you need one of the worse mods in your team.

But if you want a champion mentality / winner Mindset in your team that reminds me of Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Stephen Curry
