Wrongfully banned

I was banned in the adult MOBILE chat room for “UA15” even though i am NOT underage and didnt say anything remotely close to that.
My username was CutePrincess
can somebody please fix this or give me a explanation?

UA 15? so what does that stand for perhaps University of Alabama graduate of 2015? So you call yourself Cute Princess and add that UA 15, one could assume that meant Underage 15 year old. If it was me your ban would remain for the rest of my natural life.
