Ofiicial complaint against Moderator 0 xyz

This person kicked me out of Teen chat for 30 minutes for what was clearly a joke and not an actual inappropriate request.

User Cait was complaining repeatedly that it was ok for boys to post shirtless pics in their pfp but she was unable to do so. Note the word 'shirtless' and NOT topless here...

So i said 'Cait, if you want to send me a SHIRTLESS (not topless) pic i'll deem whether or not i consider it to be inappropriate 🙂' as a joke just to shut her up from spamming the chat.

When i question this moderator he/she said I was asking for nudes which was clearly NOT the case, i've never done anything like that in the room, he/she clearly is incapable of reading a situation at any given moment in context of the chat, therefore I raise this official complaint against this kick/person moderator.

Even without the nude request, 'joking' about a user sending a photo of themself to him so he can 'deem it appropriate' is fucking creepy.
 
Have as much as field day as you want, I expected nothing else from the mod team who will stick together and as in the case of aCinna disrespecting me without even being in the room or seeing the context of what went on.

@ aCinna have you seen the state of the chat room? Perverts everywhere and that includes some of the VIP users who are treated differently because they are stupid enough to actually PAY to be on the site 🙂

And as for Cait's photo, she put it back up after the mod left, and there was nothing inappropriate about it whatsoever, she was sitting with her back to the camera wearing a bikini top. no wonder she complained constantly about her pic being taken down. An absolutely ridiculous moderating decision.

So you lot carry on having your pathetic 'field day' I know who was in the right in this case and it certainly wasn't the moderator.

While I was modding main, I was actioning everyone who violated the rules. This included the perverts and vips. If you were actually paying attention to the other people, there were a couple vips also complaining about a insignificant 5 minute kicks that I induced. If you're talking about after I left, I physically can't action people while I'm offline, because unfortunately I'm not some superhero.

Like I said, and you even mentioned yourself, the context of what was happening before your perverted comment cancels this out. Cait was complaining that men are allowed to have the upper half of their body completely uncovered while she can't wear a thong bikini in a sfw chat site. You said you wanted to see her shirtless, aka what she was referring to as "men being able to have their upper half completely uncovered." Therefore, just as I simply explained last night, you were asking to see her upper half completely uncovered. If that truly wasn't your intention, read the situation next time and don't say stuff that COULD get you kicked due to the context.

Actioning her wasn't my own personal decision. I action people based on the rules. Bikini tops are not allowed. When she initially dmed me (after complaining in main for half an hour), I explained the rules to her and sent her a forums thread to complain (since she clearly wasn't happy about it). I have no control over the rules. Punishing me for something I can't control by creating mod complaints about me specifically and whining about your kick(s) for hours on end does absolutely nothing for your situation. I. cannot. change. the. rules. There's absolutely no way I can make that clearer for either of you.

I'm sure you're still not happy with this explanation because you just wanted to complain just as Cait did, but I'm not explaining anything further. I'm sure there's no way for me to explain it in a way you will care.

No, that is NOT what i said, I invited her to show the pic that you took down so i could say to her whether I deemed it appropriate or not.

You are now trying to paint the situation with surmise, conjecture and assumption as to my character to justify your action.

then why didn't you say "put up the pic so we can see"? this just sounds like an excuse for your actions. if you wanted to see the picture, that's what you would've asked for. you asked to see her shirtless because she was complaining about the shirtless men. you didn't ask to see the picture

Mods can't magically know every single account with a bikini pfp. Finding those account by yourself as a mod would require the time and proper main moderation. If you saw bikini pictures, report them? However, just like everyone who uses this argument, you dont actually care

Why should anybody care about bikini photos? They’re harmless and not nude.

But that’s not the point of this thread is it, it’s your dreadful moderation in my case and then the inconsistency in your further moderation later on in the day with guest pedofile and scam link posts.

You treated me like some kind of weirdo in the chat room and then continued to justify your actions here in this forum.

You disregarded my complaint and further arguments and still retorted with allegations in an attempt to cover your actions.

As if the ‘moderators are ALWAYS’ right.

You haven’t got the balls to admit you have fucked it up, and that is your problem, not mine.

0 zxy has already written enough to rival my long paragraph(s) so I won't say much. However, an invitation as you so call it, is still a request, a 'shirtless' request at that. Even if not meant to ask for nudes, it is still inappropriate and quite bizarre. Simply do not ask/invite/request 'shirtless' pictures whether intended as a joke or not.

And as for you A1e I've reported enough **** pics and inappropriate material to you in the past for you to know I'm not like this ''moderator'' is insinuating, so don't even go there.....

As you know A1e i was considering applying myself, 3 months on here with no kicks whatsoever, but after this bullshit today I'd rather moderate in hell than have to deal with control freaks and nutcases like 0 zxy, as long as people like him/her are moderating, it can go f**k itself. 🙂

You weren't there, you didn't see the context of the discussion, or even the photo, i have the pic if you want to see it, she sent it to me.

Its a pic of her sat fishing on a seaside dock with her back to the camera so no insinuation of nudity, she was wearing shorts and a bikini top, the picture was taken by her father. Terrible moderation
