Profile Disappearing

It's the system set up. In which room n how long have you been away ?
 
Eventually all guest accounts get deleted but you can delay it by sending a message once every several minutes while logged in. If you don't want to do that, just exit chat by going to a different webpage. And then go back when you want to chat since you'll still be logged in. But eventually it'll get deleted.

Hello, the new time limit is about 14 days of inactivity for accounts to be deleted.
The good news is that creating a new account is fast, easy, and best of all…..free! Happy chatting
 
Thank you, but it's not a very good system. You make friends, build up gold, and all the other benefits, to just lose it all because you become ill and don't login for a couple of weeks!

You can avoid the delete by upgrading to VIP
