Someone had this issue and found it was fixed after adjusting a VPN they had. Check here, and try this.
Hello I am posting to a what seems growingly common issues with people unable to get the chat rooms to load fully. As a guest I was able to access the chat room for about 24hrs. Then for some reason the chatroom would not load fully. I would be greeted with a chat window that would allow me to access the particapants in the room by no active chat dialog. and when changing rooms to see if I could access them I would be greeted with an Error message (An Error Has Occured) in red highlight at the top of the chat screen. With a loading circle in the chat rooms lobby window.
