I'm not going to answer your question because it's bait. It's like the Salem witch trials, with prosecutors asking, "Why do you bewitch these people?" You're leading with a question that's based on an incorrect assumption. Staff isn't allowing others to harass people. Staff handles people breaking rules; you just can't see what's going on behind the scenes as to how they're handling them (not everything is a visible mute, kick, or ban). I suggested applying because, if you were a part of staff, you'd understand more about why things are handled the way they're handled. For example, if you were staff and you kicked someone for catfishing and it's not against the rules, you'd figure out pretty quickly that what you're doing by pointing it out has no weight at all anyway.
If you're being kicked and you don't like being kicked, then don't do anything resembling the things that get you kicked. "Fighting back" against catfishing is pointless since catfishing isn't against the rules; you're just wasting staff time and, if you do that enough, then it's basically staff harassment... so there's no surprise you'd be kicked for that. "Fighting back" against staff for openly allowing others to harass people when that's not what staff is actually doing is going to lead to the same outcome for you. If you are *certain* that there's regularly no action being taken and it's intended, then you can take screenshots of you reporting broken rules and submit them up the chain. With the way you're framing things though, you'd better be absolutely sure of yourself or you're just going to be seen as harassing staff again.
