Hello, if you’re the room admin you do have certain actions you can take but I don’t believe that is one of them. Which side room are you referring to?
 
/topic I find to be the most useful command. You can use it to put custom text in the welcome banner that a chatter will see when they join the room.
 
The only commands you can really use is

/topic - Add a topic to your room.

You can also add %user% inside the topic to grab someone's username.
