Spam Banned

I was banned for spam. But i was chatting not spamming. I don't even know how to spam..been a member her for a long time and have never done spam..can you help me please.. i was chatting about two days ago in the sex chat room and a message told me i was banned for spam..I WAS NOT SPAMMING..please help...
