no reason for ban, but... can't open Video Chat

may you explain t me what's happening?

I try to enter in Video Chat, but after some seconds I see a message with "there's an error, sometimes caused by block or refuse of cookies".
No ban or kicjk, only this.

I cleared of cookies, tried every way you say but no way to use Video Chat again.

Can you help me?

Just a suggestion but have you tried clearing your cookies/cache etc? Or another browser than the one you're trying to access from?
