I've tried clearing my cache data and all that but still nothing I'm on mobile data so IDK if that has anything to do with it

They will reply as soon as they can. if you have sent them a direct message, then they will respond. Staff are volunteers and are not online 24/7. Please be patient.

I think it's something to do with my mobile data or Internet as well as I did just get a different internet service
Tbh I been having issues with my Internet so ya but I am on mobile data rn and it's saying banned so idk and chat janitor says I'm not banned from what they can see

Your internet service provider might have the site blocked, as mine do, and I’m only able to access the site through my home wifi.
It’s worth a try calling them to make sure it’s not blocked.
Probably wouldn't surprise me

It’s a default for most providers. In case of a child or so so.
Once I move to Uni, gonna get my own service provider and ask them to unban it lol.
I have at&t this never happened on my other carrier
