Maybe cause of my guest account banned, locked me out of my actual account? If so then how long does the ban last for spamming?

First question why do you log in as guest when you have your user account ?
Secondly was it a spam ban or you were ban for some major offences ?

I went in as a guest because I wanted to rp as a different character for rp purposes ( I know it sounds dumb) At the bottom of the banned message it said the reason was spamming.
