Could we get a Video Chat forum section here?

There are multiple rooms other than VC that should have their own forum section. Considering most of our users don't use forums I don't see a reason to. General will get the job done.
 
Can’t there be subtopics in adult forum if it’s 18+?

Even though the forum is 13+, there are still the explicit requests/posts. In saying that, there should be a way somehow to automatically hide adult forums from users’ registered DOB.

Pretty sure it can be that way, yes. If we did get one then that sounds good.

I was just about to say what Luka said. Regardless of if it is an 18+ forum, underage users can still view it from my understanding. They're just told not to.

and like I said there really isn't a reason to create a forum for a room that does not have a ton of forum users coming from it.
 
I made an assumption, even though I don't comment nor interact with the Teen forums it is 100% possible to view it.
 
it mentions in the adult forum subtopic brief intro it’s for 18+ plus Cats thread from yonder days informing users under 18 not to post, therefore, it’s visible.

I don’t think kids forum should be viewable to adults either, except mods, but that’s a grey area as some adults despite being able to view it and not post, could potentially be wiser to sinister posts/behaviour to report etc. but I’m waffling
 
I think if we have a spot specifically, we will probably see people begin to use it. For me personally, I don't use the forums much because I don't really use the other rooms in chat. Worst that could happen is we try it out, it's too dead and we get rid of it.
 
So - just to clarify - the Forums isn’t set up to be related to any of the actual chat rooms which happens to be a very common misconception. It’s mostly just an online discussion board where people can visit and discuss various topics with other users who may hold similar interests, share information, ask questions, and overall engage with a community of people who you otherwise probably wouldn’t know existed if you didn’t visit the rooms they’re typically in (some of which are Forums-only members).

As a former video chat user and moderator, this is 100% spot on.

I only knew about forums 1yr into using video chat honestly.
