Not much anyone can do at the moment, I asked Misty, she said that it’s an issue for admin, but you’re not gonna get a response very fast unfortunately.

Maybe when Lemongrab comes online he might be able to help.

I just hate it when this happens. Cuz sometimes it takes like months. 🤣 I just hope they would improve their system, honestly.

@Chonks reset cache, try logging out and logging back in, and clear your cookies. If that does not work then you can contact CM as he has already been tagged.

Did Ness ever tell you how to fix it?
 
@Murky yes, I did clear cache and cookies.

I'm not sure if CM is active on this, and who can reach out to him.

If I'm not mistaken, I think @Ness_eb just asks someone (maybe Chat Master or him or whoever is capable) to do some reset on their end. And that usually fixes the issue.

Unfortunately, Ness is no longer a staff memeber or even active. As for chatmaster, he’s been mentioned here, or you can either message him.

@TheLeigh are you able to help in any way?
 
I conducted the reset, she is able to get in. The issue is not stopped from happening again, but all VC Mods are able to reset the room. Coming to the forums is the correct way to get the swiftest resolution.
