Banned for continuing to talk to someone I reported, except I didn't.

I just got banned for talking to someone I reported for being underage. Problem is, she said she was 15, I hit report and CLOSED her chat window. Never said another word. And I still got kicked.

Someone needs to pay attention to their damn job.

Hello, you’re not banned, you were kicked. You will be allowed back in the room in an hour from now.

While we appreciate you reporting violations, if in the future someone tells you they are underage, report the PM and immediately stop talking to them. Thank you.

Dude, lying about this isn't cool, and suggesting that I'm lying is even less cool. This makes me think you were the one that kicked me and can't admit you screwed up. And before you say you're not lying, yes, I'm going to want to see the screen caps. All you had to do was dismiss the kick and apologize for the mistake, now you're shady as hell.

I knew he'd have to reply. Someone comes here for the attention, obviously. I don't even need to show the ignored content to know it's a bunch of memes and stupidity. Probably couldn't explain how that wasn't a win either. I did just sign back in however, the kick expired. I used that time to delete the account. If the boss is shady, you can't trust the company at all.

Hi, I’m not lying about anything. One of the room moderators kicked you for continuing to talk to the other person after they told you they were 15. I simply responded to your appeal.

Your kick is expired so you’re welcome to continue chatting or not. 🤷🏻‍♂️
 
There seems to be two conflicting statements that screenshots would easily resolve. Either the chatter perpetuated a conversation with a minor as the mod claims (which may very well lead to further discipline beyond just a kick) or the chatter didn't as they claim (which would mean the kick was in error). In either case, the admin appears to be the messenger here that didn't place the action personally, so providing receipts or having the mod comment may help provide a more satisfactory resolution.

This is resolved as far as I’m concerned. I stand by my previous posts and the moderator actions. And OP is back in chat. If they (or others) want to keep posting here they can. But I’m out ✌🏻
