Apparently I was under a misunderstanding and I have to apologize. I thought when I was a mod, that sending 13 pages of grooming and nudes from an adult to a 15 year old made said adult a pedophile. I was mistaken. It was explained to me by staff that a pedophile is one that is sexually attracted to a minor.
Disregard that the sender (from the US in this case) is in violation of Federal law:

But the law doesn't really matter either since, when I brought that up, I was told that you really don't know if the minor posted a real age since we all know people fake ages on the site.
As long as they don't show they are attracted to the minor (who may not even be a minor because we can't believe the age in the profile), they are safe from being banned.
