I've made a thread about this before but it's very strange that i'm getting a grey screen with absoluttely 0 users done everything i can.

I have that happen on Firefox but not on Chrome for some reason, probably an extension/addon or something that is interfering with the room loading. For me, it was the Privacy Badger addon that caused some problems with chat loading. Have you tried disabling your extensions or addons to see if that fixes it?

Another thing for me was when I tripped the spam filter on accident when uploading gifs and adding text with them. Something changed with the gifs a while back, and now it's like the character limit does not recognize when you have gone over the limit, and the spam filter can get you. In that case, it was the greyed out chat with no users thing for me too.

Even now, I sometimes get that blank room thing when joining chat and have to reload once to get it working again.
