By the way, is kicked same as banned? It is showing you have been kicked. Law enforcement will take actions?

Kicks are temp and only last at most 2 hours. Bans are perm and have to be reversed by an admin. The law enforcement message is on all ban screens no matter the offense. There should be a reason on the ban screen. If not then it may be a IP glitch.
