Whilst routine appointments are difficult - there is a problem with primary care - emergency care is amazing.

Or terrible depending on your opinion of me - quiet in the cheap seats

True, officially it's "free at the point of delivery". Compared to places where you need to pay to even get through the doors 'free' is a good description.

The original question was about are there other countries like the UK where you can get through the doors without handing over your wallet. We probably need someone who isn't in the UK to reply

I'm well aware of that, maybe he should have G00gled seeing as this thread is dead.
 
where im at they make you pay to park the car even before you set foot in the hospital. its half a weeks pay for 2 gauze pads. forget bandages youll likely go 30k in debt for 2 of em.
