Unjust Ban Appeal – Dark Souls Discussion Flagged as Spam

Dear Moderation Team,

I am writing to formally appeal a recent ban issued against my account, Soulstice, in the Adult Chat room. The reason cited was “spam,” but I believe this action was taken in error and respectfully request a review.

At the time of the ban, I was actively participating in a discussion about Dark Souls and sharing light-hearted jokes related to the game. My messages were not repetitive, disruptive, or off-topic. I did not engage in spamming behavior, nor did I violate the room’s guidelines to the best of my understanding.

I take the rules seriously and support maintaining a respectful, safe environment for all users. However, I believe my contributions were within reasonable bounds, and this ban may have been a misunderstanding or an automated moderation error.

I kindly ask that you reconsider this decision and lift the ban, or provide any further context regarding the action taken so I can better understand and avoid issues moving forward.

I honestly don't know brother I'm on my phone and on the website, I really did get shocked about the ban and still am really worried to lose my friends on there who have no way of contacting me.

I also genuinely don't know as to why I was banned and I am willing to take the ban if it was just, but there's no countdown or timer or anything it just said I was banned even though I've never used a vpn or such on an alternative account.

I also sincerely apologize if I'm speaking much but it's what I do when I'm stressed so I do hope you forgive me.

It’s possible this was an automated spam ban. Our system can occasionally be a bit overzealous.

@ObScUrE and @foreverman are the room admins and will be able to look into this once they see the thread.

I’ll also tag @TheDifference and @Lisblanc, as they might be able to assist as well.

Please keep in mind that all staff are volunteers located in different time zones, so response times can vary. That said, the Adult Chat team is usually quite prompt when it comes to handling appeals.

I seriously appreciate your commitment and help, thank you for your time, I'll be taking my leave for a shower as I'm very stressed, especially when I feel wronged, once again I seriously appreciate the help.
 
Ban lifted ...it's a combination of letters/words you posted that has triggered the system to banned you.

The crazy thing is some of them hate Trump so bad but they don't even live in America and they don't have to vote for Trump because they live in another country. I don't know how they can hate our president I live in the United States and they don't have to vote for Trump and I'm glad that they don't have to vote for Trump but the thing about it is they have so much hate towards me and then they hate me because I like Trump but I also like Kennedy and Kennedy is a Democrat but it's like literally like people have so much hate to Trump and they don't even live America It's just sad like leave Trump alone if you don't live in America
