Banned for no reason - supposedly for spam - please reverse ban!

Hello. I have been a regular user of Chat-Avenue for several years and have never had any problems.

I have always done my very best to respect the rules and conditions of use and have complied with these absolutely.

Suddenly this evening when I was using the mobile Adult Chat I have been banned. The reason given was spam. I have absolutely no idea why, i can’t remember the last time I posted anything in the main chat, I just private message people I am interested in chatting to. I have certainly never posted spam.

I have been a responsible and co-operative member of the chat-Avenue community for a very long time, and regularly report those trying to sell illegal pornography in the main chat for example.
This ban is totally unfair and without any justification. Please reverse it as soon as possible so I can continue to enjoy using the site as I have done for so long.

Filter might have deemed something as spam either whatever you typed in PM. I’ll tag the admins for you to check when they’re next online.

Thank you, that would be much appreciated. If I did type anything I shouldn’t, it was done totally innocently and unintentionally.

What are you talking about? The log-in box invites you to enter your chat name or email address.. so how can it not be allowed?

For what reason? I’ve not done anything wrong and not knowingly broken any rules in all the years I’ve been using the site.

Maybe people who make stupid comments on people’s forum posts should be banned forever…?!
