Says I was banned for spam (AC Mobile)

Hello I’m Stephen aka Highlife-Steven420 was my username says I was banned for spam and I have been on this site since I was 18 always joined the adult chat room cause I have a hard time being and extrovert so I use this site to help me get out of my shell I never posted or private chatted anyone any links or anything to come off as a spammer I don’t even say hi or how you doing in the main chat I usually just chat or rp to pass time. I just want this resolved and hope an admin or administrator would get a hold of me I just want a real reason and not a false allegation plus I’m 26 was born in 1999 sure my ***** says {email redacted by UM} but I’m 26 born in 1999 I just want some closure to this pls also even when I try to to use the ban kick appeal it says my email is invalid even though this is the only email I have pls make this make sense

Also to add when I did create my Highlife-Steven420 account there were times when I had to recreate my account cause the site would say it forgot my password and say it was incorrect and invalid email when this is the only email I have and there were times I had to recreate and user name and use the same email my other email was Highlife-Steffon420 or just Highlife-Steffon which was the recent name I used cause the site cant remember me and I feel my ban was unjustified and has no real moral of how a ban should be when I have spammed any links or anything to people all I do is chat or rp with people my age

At the bottom I mean to say haven’t spammed any links also in the middle I meant and it says ransom or other email I meant to say other user which is Highlife-Steffon which is the recent name I used

Hello, I can’t find an account named Highlife-Steven420 in either of the adult chat rooms. Could it have been spelled differently?

Can you try my recent account Highlife-Steffon I believe that how it’s spelled unless it has a 420 at the end or a underscore where the dash is I did send a reply to my own thread about how I had to switch my user but still be able to use the same email cause the site had problems back in the day

No sorry, that’s not showing up either. I did find a Beast_Steven420. But they aren’t banned.

So I went back and checked on in the site cause I use filled passwords for my account I saw that my recent user name I was using when I was banned cause of spam was Highlife_Steffon420 I just tried putting it in and it still shows me banned cause of spam I must not know how I’m gettting it if I’m putting in the correct username and password and is till get this ban I’m confused

Ah ok, that’s better. I found it. And I see why the system filter banned you. I’ll pm you to discuss further.

But I wasn’t using any family names I was using other names I don’t use my families names like that in rp I do imgination do I use my user name Steffon yes cause that’s a nickname name so roleplaying and using nonfictional names isn’t allowed
