Suddenly banned for Spam (general chatroom)

Hello, I was chatting with a few people in my PMs and I suddenly got banned from the general chatroom after sending a seemingly normal message to a user. My username is "IronCoral" and I'm not really sure what I should do or provide to be unbanned. Was I talking with too many people? Is sending multiple messages to different people considered spamming? I'm open to answering questions!
