Banned with Ua pic as reason

Hi mods,
on Sunday 6th July at around 5pm I was banned for the reason - Ua pic. Initially it said 2 hr ban then a full time ban.

My user name is Throat stretch and I did not post anything untoward.

Could a mod please have a look and come back to me. Many thanks.
