Banned for 'Spam'

Account name: Spear
Banned: Saturday night (or Friday)
Chat: Adult Chat, likely active in Adult Chat room or Adult Chat (Guests Allowed)
Cited reason: spam

I wasn't spamming, had only been messaging a friend and maybe 2 or 3 courses over the course of an hour. Logged on through a different IP with guest afterwards to talk to mod, mod said it didn't look like spam at all so I should appeal it here.

Wasnt a huge priority to get it dealt with but I'm here now. If an admin could help me out and possibly advise on what behaviors to avoid so this mistake doesn't happen again that would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
