Last night I weighed myself and I’m 283.0 and that’s way less than where I was before I started the injectable medication Wegovy. Before I started the medication I was pretty close to being 300lbs and before I know it I’ll be back to my slimmed down days just like I was 10 years ago. I still look at pictures of myself from 10 years ago and I’m always shocked by how skinny I was back then

That's fantastic progress! It’s inspiring to see how far you’ve come with Wegovy. Keep up the great work, and I’m sure you’ll reach your goals in no time!
 
Great job on your progress so far—that’s a huge accomplishment! It sounds like you’re really focused, and that mindset is going to take you far. I remember when I was working on my own health journey, I hit a point where I wanted to build strength while keeping my weight loss on track.

A friend suggested looking into ways to NO LINKS. NO LINKS not the hardcore stuff, but natural or legal alternatives designed to help with recovery and muscle building.I found that incorporating those along with a good workout and nutrition plan made a noticeable difference in how I felt and performed. It’s all about finding the tools that work for your goals.
