Apparently the rule "Do not share or distribute content which you do not own" doesn't count for proven catfishes and its “exposing and harassment” by sending them a pic of ****** image search then reporting. Same goes for the VIPs proven to be catfishes or 15 years old that are protected because they pay and it’s “harassment” to send proof.

The Rules on this site are awesome, you can pay to be vip, post a fake chomo pic, fake profile, no problem, you can go into any room, outside of gen chat, and have a d pic for a profile pic no problem, you can be a sex pest in any of the chat rooms including gen chat, not a problem, want to do adult sex stuff in video chat, not a problem , but the lines in the sand are, " trolling , cloning, talking bad about chatmaster or admin, annoying any moderator, and harrassing others ( which is just a simple fix by telling mods and reporters to just use the ignore button)".
Pay $20 for VIP and you can bypass all the rules on any of the rooms. tops ban is 2 hrs unless i guess you get the attention of law enforcement and then chatmaster has to bother with that.

nope not false at all, hence why fake underage girl profiles are allowed on gen chat, cat fish which ever ya prefer to call em, clones, etc, they are VIP, also as a VIP the longest ban you can get is a 2 hr kick. Chat ave rules dont apply for VIPs ever. An why would anyone believe that any rules apply at all in the Adult section of chat ave? that is just insane. all those rooms are non stop spam,catfishing,trolling,harassing, everything goes in those rooms. ya really dont even need VIP in those rooms. its like a playground for everything illegal and a practice ground for learning to spam.

You quoted and responded to your own post. I don't disagree with your post it does happen. The previous Gen chat admin when someone complained that a user was harassing minors or even sending nudes to minors he would respond. "The user is a VIP so we have to go through Chatmaster to ban them. \

I’m not going to go back and forth with someone who doesn’t understand how things actually work. I just get my fur up when someone acts like just because Mobile and Desktop are some of the busiest rooms on this site with over 2,000 users on any given day, the rules aren’t enforced. We have 2 great moderator teams who work really hard enforcing the rules and dealing with a lot of rough stuff. And I’ll always have their backs.

Do some users get more "attentive treatment" then other users who are not identified as VIP, yes, they're contributing to the site and its functions - you never paid for a VIP or membership to get benefits from it?
All generated room rules in all of #1 Chat Avenue's chat rooms are required to be followed by every user who enters any #1 Chat Avenue chat room (there are no exceptions, only interpretations of conduct and tolerance of any and all conduct).
There's a power structure here:
General Structure (Non-Executive) for #1 Chat Avenue ONLY:
Chatmaster
This publicly available user account has authority and full delegation throughout all chat rooms for #1 Chat Avenue and its forums.
Room Admins
These are selected and appointed for every available chat room, they're given authority to create room rules, hire Room Mods and manage their respective chat room.
Room Mods
These are selected and appointed to handle the day to day moderation in every available chat room and hired by appointed Room Admins.
This is a very general and non executive power structure that currently exists here.
If you have proof of under 13 on gen chat, please report and a mod will remove them then have our admin ban them. As well if you have proof of any over 18 impersonating under 18, we would appreciate that as well. They will be removed instantly.

One thing he had a hard time doing was banning VIPs. I mean we had ******** sending nude photos to minors, and also illicit text and at times he was dismissive but each time he would say well he is a VIP so I can't action him as Chatmaster has to do that. So can Leigh ban VIPS now, has that changed or was the things H.R. said were lies. Was he trying to protect friends?

Yes they have. For the better. All users including VIP do get held accountable and when its warranted, banned. I have been in Gen Chat since Feb and I have recommended, and had approved, many bans, VIP included. I wont name names as that would be speaking about Gen Chat staff business, and I am sure you see 1 or 2 of our regular VIP's kick complaint threads, there are usually a few of them per week.
Yes they do. Were you not a VIP in Vid Chat? I get that you are still fuming over your own dose of accountability, but its time to stop lying when you are a case of someone being removed from a room.
Before I worked for Gen, I worked for TheDifference, Foreverman and JenRock in the Adult rooms. If we gave VIP any free passes, we heard about it.
