Banned screen (teen chat)

I have i think yall call it a system banned cause there's no reason stated? I wasn't doing anything, like I took a 2hr nap and came back to that. I dont have a VPN on and I couldn't have done anything in the general chat. Actually I got the same screen like 2 days ago and I rest my Brower and logged back in and it was fine, but thats not working now?
Im a vip account user name was "Rosie"
 
Thats really weird, I just got back home and its fine? Is there like a new rule or something about like not being connected to wifi and using the chat rooms, cause I was on mobile data whilst I was looking.

Yeah that can cause connection issues and trigger the ban screen. When that happens, toggle airplane mode on and off and try connecting.
