Stupid kick for 2 hours

Listen, you people think you're god and such.

First this dweeb Roachh tells me to not post pictures of kids for no fucking reason? Just because I said: "don't you think I can prove that someone is my kid".
So I tell the mf that my kid is an adult. Then Apple Pie starts chiming in that I shouldn't post photos of anybody without their permission.

MF don't you think if I WERE to post a photo of my kid, that that's entirely on me?

Furthermore, they pissed me off, you think you're above the law and such, but my rights still apply regardless of your "made up rules".
Your rules are policy, chatting is a courtesy you extend on the Internet. You enforce rules to abide with Law. You can't make up imaginary rules, when I didn't even violate any rules whatsoever. Then use that as an excuse to kick me for 2 hours, when I protest against your GEHSTAHPO... See, I did study Law unlike you idiots. You don't make the rules, your rules are a policy that must conform to Law. I will educate you, that you kicking people and denying them of service, without them breaking the rules, or warning them without them having broken the rules, can fall under harassment. REGARDLESS of your policies.

See, I know I stepped out of line by calling a mod a moron for telling me not to post pictures of anybody without their permission. But moron is not a banned word either. It's touchy feeling policy. The same as I'd be a cop, I'd arrest you because you violate my "policy"... that would be a lawsuit immediately. I have free speech, I wasn't out of line or breaking the rules, I just told them to back off and mind their own business in a way that is comfortable for me.

You deciding that's worth kicking me for 2 hours, basically is NAZISM, unethical, and moronic. REGARDLESS.

See, when your two mods are trying to dictate my behavior. Where does it say that I'm providing you with a service.
I'm sure I can pick apart your rules and SHOW you exactly where YOU were wrong.

See, it's not even in your policy to tell people not to post photos of kids, just to assert your authority, it's not in the rules either to warn people to not post photos of anyone, when there WASN'T any fucking photos posted in the first place, nor was anybody intending to... Your mods stepped out of line, which is a clear breach of contract, which is Law... REGARDLESS, it's under the 1st amendment. It is coupled to the 3rd amendment, as well. Like freedom of the press.

As a media site, you should be consistent.
Or, do you suppose, I go out in the street, and tell random people too, to not make photos and such...

First of all, it's MY child, I do what the **** I want with photos of my child.
Second, it's my business what I do with the photos of my child.
Third, when I tell you to mind your own business when I'm in my right.
Fourth, when I tell you moron out of pure discomfort which your mods give, out of pure discrimination.
Then I did make a point.
See, you can't prove that during these 2 hours you are indeed providing me of the promised service.
You can't prove that your mods were correct.
You can't prove that I violated your policy unless with some made up rules.
You can't enforce rules when they're first of all not applicable.
You shouldn't be allowed to kick people for disrespecting your mod, when they are clearly crossing the line.

Don't fucking tell me what to do with photos of my kids, when you are talking about my kids, who are adults, when that's ALL my business, and not yours, when it applies. And when it applies, that means I'm right.

You are a bunch of feeble power grubbers.
And you can't enforce policy over freedom of the press, freedom of speech, and freedom of expression, when your RULES clearly don't say you can.

Or, am I wrong here?
And if so, how am I wrong?

Do you also tell random people not to drive their cars? No?
Do you tell random people not to pick up their kids from school, when it is vacation? No?
Do you regularly expect users to send photos of their kids here? No?

If any of that was a yes, then you are truly sick bastards.
If not, then why the **** are you telling me this, as a warning for **** I didn't do?

Did I do anything wrong here, or are you CLEARLY violating your own policy.
You are rules enforcing, you don't enforce non-existing rules, and you don't make rules up out of thin air, because CLEARLY you're too stupid to understand when RULES apply.

And frankly, idgaf about your "rulebook you just think up", it's not the LAW, where it's a breach of contract, it could fall under HARASSMENT, and using wrongful authority. It could violate my free speech, and amendments, it could just as easy do become a lawsuit, but I don't have anything to gain from that, I just like to lecture you, at least I have a reason, and am not making up bullshit things which don't even apply...

Again, are you going to tell your neighbor not to feed their kid (those) non-existing apples? No?

Then my point is clear.

Did you know I really could not care any less, I'm 13x world champ in Taekwondo.

Mainly because you clearly not 13x world champion in Taekwondo.

Hi @so_me_wo_man -

The restriction of sharing images of minors is not only for your protection, but also for your child’s protection. This is still the internet and terrible people do exist on it.

If your child is under the age of 13, their image is not allowed to be shared in General Chat.

Further (law student or not), there are Terms of Service that need to still be abided by while visiting www.chat-avenue.com and its Forums. The rooms have rules to them as well - including receiving warnings or infractions for things deemed inappropriate in General Chat. As you would’ve likely been taught while studying Law, rights being violated would have to directly correlate with the government. For clarity, this is a privately owned business.

I hope that helps clarify the “why” to what you were told by the General Chat mod.

Any further questions, do feel free to message me directly about them.
