Room and Chat Rules

I see the rule below in the Video Chat rules, but not the Adult Chat. The Seniors room in Adult Chat has ongoing issues that could be resolved by the implementation and enforcment of this rule in that room.
  • This is a chatroom which you must respect your peers. Please be kind and understanding to other users. Do not cyber bully.
The bullies are reported and kicked in this room but they come back day after day. Nearly every evening the public room chat is taken over by the bullies and most people just leave. Please, a rule the mods can enforce. The cyberbullying in that room destroys the enjoyment of chat.

Hello, there are multiple people in the Seniors room who consistently argue with each other and complain about each other. A solution has been given to them but they refuse to use it. When their arguing disrupts the room they are muted or removed by the staff. If you don’t wish to see them arguing you could also use the solution given.

I understand what we have to do to have a peaceful chat. My question was more of consistency. Why have that rule for one chat and not all?

Ah ok. Fair question. The owners are the ones who developed the rules for each room. Because each room is different with different topics and ages, the rules vary from room to room. Our room does have a similar rule, just not worded exactly the same that basically says do not harass other users or staff.
