Banned for spam during regular convo

Hi, I was just chatting with a friend in Adult Chat. My user on there is “pookie” I sent a message to my friend which was immediately flagged for “spam” and then I was banned for spam, ip recorded etc. I was not spamming at all in chat, but my friend and I were chatting about it being hot outside and needing to use a fan to be able to sleep which I can only imagine might have been flagged as spam/seeming like I'm trying to get them to go to a website with that appliance name in it? Otherwise I have been in good standing on the site. Please advise, would like to talk to my friend again. Thank you!

Hello, you typed “ofc pookie” and the system filter banned you because it read the position of the C and the P as cp. You have an otherwise clean hx so I’ll lift your ban. Can you please agree to be careful not to type that again?
