They seemed like a nice person and so I gave them my IG just in case. And lots of ppl ask WYLL so when he asked I wasn't surprised so I sent an old pic from like 3 or 2 yrs ago and he used it as a pfp. He has pics in his phone of other minors (male and females) and he found my adress even tho I have never gave him it. So he prob tracked my ip. This is not the first time I had an encounter with him. I feel like u should try to ban him for good. I think he deactivated his acc which he normally does then he comes back later. He said he is "chasing" me, if he does end up finding me anywhere I could most likely get him arrested for threats, stalking and if he does anything assult. They are other people who are going through this. He said he is going to make a fake OF (Only f@ns) account with my picture.

Please be extremely careful going forward about sharing any personal or identifiable information online, even with people who seem kind at first. That includes your name, pictures, location, school, or anything that could make it easier for someone to track you. If he found your address without you sharing it, it’s possible he used your IP, but unless he’s confirmed your address directly to you he could be lying about that, so it’s good to be cautious about the links you click too.
It’s really important that you reach out to Instagram directly and report everything you can. Keep all screenshots, usernames, and messages, even if he’s deactivated his account for now - it may help later, especially if he returns or continues this behavior.
If you ever feel like your safety is genuinely at risk, please talk to a trusted adult or parent immediately, and don’t wait. You can also reach out to local authorities, as what he’s doing can fall under harassment, stalking, threats, and possibly worse.
Also, if someone is threatening to make a fake OF account using your pictures, that is not only disturbing - it could be considered impersonation or exploitation, especially being a minor. There are places to report that, too, and it’s good that you’re speaking up about it.
