I got kicked, then banned (no warnings)

Hello,
2 days ago I was posting on Adult Chat PC Version. I was posting about findom - I got kicked because of that. That's ok, it's against rule, now I know that. After 2 hours kick I got back on the Chat Ave, I didn't post anything, just watched what other people are posting. After some time I stopped, log off and did something else. After a few hours I wanted to come back on Chat Ave and I saw I was perma banned.

1. I already was punished (2 hours kick), so why another punishement - perma ban?
2. Why no warning from Mod? Why he or she didn't send a simple message: 'posting about findom is against rule, stop or I will have to ban you'?
3. What to do now?

You agree to the rules when you sign in Mr Thomas. Selling isn't allowed and is something that's banned for without warning. Mods can't ban so they kick and then ban request from their Admin.

The AC Admins will review this and decide whether to allow you to remain in the room.

They'll see this when they're online and will get back to you. All staff are unpaid volunteers in different timezones though but AC Admins are pretty active. You should expect a response within 24 hours.
 
Because your infraction was noted by the moderator at a certain time, admins are not always on at the same time the infration is noted, and you kicked hence the ban some hours later.

I was the Admin who banned you 2 hours later for the original kick. We do not warn users, and the rules are clearly displayed (for you to read on entering the room on the topic).

What you were kicked and banned for is clearly against the rules. Had you read the rules, you would have known that.

I am prepared to give you another chance on the understanding that if you post something similar again, the ban will be permanent. Do you agree to this ?
