why has my account been blocked?

@Chatmaster why was my account blocked? l cannot post a profile picture nor can l upload any pictures in chat room or in PM. Can l please have this block removed? l have no idea why it was put in place.

Vonnie, l do not know what has happened. you are correct l cannot post pictures and l cannot even put up a profile picture.
