I was directing the mod to the best gender affirming surgeon in thailand

flying baron is 'the dogs dinner'. or 'the dogs breakfast'.
dinner/brekky - they mean the same thing. and they work very well referring to baron.

another Brit slang term ... it means something entirely different tho.
