Erm, I just got muted in cam/video chat for using the larger "text font size" feature I paid for. They said I was spamming, but I’ve seen people use way bigger fonts than me, talk about lesbians over and over, and even call Mexican people racial slurs without getting muted. I’ll attach some screenshots for reference. Just because I type fast to my friends doesn’t mean I’m spamming, lol.
Also I paid for the ability to use a larger text font- why am I being targeted for using a feature I paid for LMAO
I came back after my 15 minute mute and was immediately muted again by boo you for saying "hi stinkabutts" to my friends in the large text font. He said I was using "caps" though I literally did not. Feels kinda like mod abuse I will also include a screenshot of that below.

This guys a freak prolly derserved being "mutted"

As we can see in the above screenshots, a user by the name of Germi is using a text font larger than mine , but yet I get muted for using a larger text font aswell and told I am "using caps". Also, there is multiple racist encounters and yet those users dont get muted and I do.
 
you come into the room every second line was you flooding the room}spam} then you used caps was warned then you then went to the largest txt font you could get you did it to get a bite well you got it 30 minute mute come back and continue with the same again you will be muted again

If users are allowed to use fonts and different sizes, why are moderators moderating what the room is allowing users to use as an available function? Stupid if you ask me.

Filter offensive and illegal material, not plain text that's only oversized and without caps.

@Pwurring - good luck to ya and I am sorry this has happened to you, I think @Chatmaster is responsible directly for the Cam Chat Rooms.
 
yeah I sent a message to chat master. If its a feature in which I paid for I dont know why I cannot use it, especially when other users are using large text font with their vips and I cannot. @Blether
 
I’m also currently seeing other users typing in all caps about political topics without being muted or warned. I’ll attach a screenshot below as an example. This definitely feels like I’m being singled out, especially since I’ve already stopped using caps lock (after boo you gave me a warning) and switched to a permissible text font one that I paid for as part of my VIP membership. Ill include a screenshot of that below:

Well a moderator has responded to you but generally if a function is available to use or was paid for use then is shouldn't be an issue

Although if I recall it's not ideal to flood the room on purpose if that was done.

yeah I wasnt flooding the room I was replying to my friends and was immediatley muted :/ Also I see people type in larger fonts all the time and I have no issue with it as I know its in a package in which that chatter paid to use.
 
I was afk when you were muted, but i was in there when you come in and u were spamming the room with all caps and were asked to stop a couple times and you kept going

Yes but anything paid shouldn't be abused or cause disturbance to the site overall or the specific chat room in question.
The best advice is listen to what the moderators here are responding to you with

You have talented room mods in that room that have proven to be quite laid back

After boo you told me to stop using caps I switched to a larger font I was then muted and was told that the larger font was caps lock

that's an administrator problem not a mod problem, chat master included this feature for VIPS to use to stand out in chat. It should be respected.

you know you did it to get a reaction. But i am not going to argue about it. You are currently being obnoxious in chat about it i have asked you to move on twice now..

am I allowed to use the in text chat fonts or not? I keep asking this question and Im being ignored.
