You're being racist darling, there's no limitation in terms of moderator prospects to who can be hired, they are either good or bad, and that's determined by each room admin in their room, Indian not Indian, what's the difference? Of course if @Chatmaster elects to not allow a hire, for sure, that's okay, his the overall leader - plus all the others oops lol - of #1 Chat Avenue.

Nope, plenty of paupers in India, not their fault really, clean means clean, there aren't degrees of cleanliness, just different options.

India is not a clean country and it's unfortunate, that doesn't mean their dumb or should be treated any lesser then anyone else.

to be totally fair here ... i'm from england, and i have some indian friends - pakistani and bangladesh --- born in britian, and they are very skilled with the english language

i know it isnt fashionable to respect or value the British Empire, these days.
but it was a force for good.
you can't judge history by modern standards.

compare the brit empire, to the belgian congo, the french ... and the german nazis, and the japanese in ww2
