There's a man that continues to pop up every few months in Adult Chat just to harass people. I understand that banning his accounts do nothing, however, we were told in the past if we have pics as our pfp with our screen name watermarked that we could ask a mod to remove our pics if they're shared in rooms by this person. Now that watermarked pics are being shared and people have reported the issue nothing is being done. This person was banned a few days ago and he's back again, no surprise. The question is, what are the rules regarding our own watermarked pics?

If you can prove that the pictures are actually yours I will make sure the person posting them stops. These kinds of situations are best handled in real time in the room in pm. So pm me next time we are both on and we can sort through this together. Ok?
 
The picture isn't mine this time, a friend's that isn't on forums and I told her I'd post. I'm not being rude here, just asking so we can get some clarity on how this works if we add a watermark because nobody specified in the past, just said we needed watermarks. She was happy to see he's banned though, thanks. @TheDifference

You’re welcome. I don’t know who told you that you needed watermarks but it wasn’t me.
The way it works is if you feel someone is using your pic inappropriately then contact myself or one of the staff and we will investigate it. If we determine it’s a valid complaint we will take action.

No, it wasn't you specifically. This has been an issue with this person for a year and a half (that I've been aware of) and since it became such a problem people in side rooms were told by a few different mods at the time to watermark. It's the only reason I watermark my pics, so weirdos couldn't make random accounts with them. Thanks anyway, I'll let her know we'll need more sufficient evidence.

What dumb ass Mod told you to watermark anything in any chat room? Stupid people, as you can see it clearly didn't do the damn job.
