Invalid email registration

Hi everyone,
I tried to register a new account in the adult chat room, but all my Microsoft accounts (Hotmail, Outlook) aren't working.
How is this possible?

Hey I have the same problem. I’ve had accounts in the chat rooms before but have let them lapse and they expired. I tried to create an account in the adult chat and it tells me “ selected email is not valid “.

I’ve even tried my protonmail address and same problem.

What gets me is the email it says is not valid is the SAME ONE I logged in here with!
