Hello, I found an account in Mobile named Cosmic_ but it’s not banned. Nor do you have any hx of any infractions. Maybe it was a glitch or maybe you were traveling and the IP where you were traveling in is banned. It could be a lot of different things.

Ive cleared my history and caches, still showing banned. Do you have any suggestions that may help me become unbanned?

Try turning airplane mode on/off and/or restarting your phone/internet router.
