VPN’s aren’t allowed and if your country is blocking them for being pornographic, I wouldn’t wanna be in your shoes if you get caught. Since you posted in Arabic (?), assuming it’s a country that’s an absolute no no.

It's not a crime, but it's blocked so that only adults can use this type of website. Also, is there any way I can access the website?

Sometimes certain WiFi’s and countries block the site. I don’t know of any vpns that work with the system. If it’s your country that is blocked sorry it’s not personal. There’s just some countries that are high risk traffic.
