Banned for being underage when I’m not.

I got banned for being 17 when I’ve never even said I’m 17?So there’s a person in the no guest room that was texting a 17 yo. I felt it was needed to bring light to this topic so obviously I was talking about it. Suddenly I’m BANNED and I can’t get back in. Four days later I get another account. My friend PANDAX said I was banned for being 17? When i I hadn’t even said I was??? It’s entirely weird and she also said I’ll most likely be banned again. I’d appreciate it if one of the admins would see this and not friggin ban me and as I’m not a lil kid. I can even show proof on my ID if needed I just want my old acc back 😭🙏
