Banned for Spam

Hey my username in adult chat is 34KCDan and I was banned for spam. I was not posting in the main chat. Just wanted to claritiy as to why I was banned or if this could be lifted? Thank you
 
Hey there, I was chatting at around 0500 in adult chat, username 34KCDan and was not posting in main chat just private and next thing a pop up appeared saying banned for spam. Just was seeing if this can be reversed or some better reasoning for this happening. Thank you

Then you’d know the word you typed was not allowed. It doesn’t matter if you’re posting in private or in main, still need to follow the rules.

Do you agree not to post that word again?

Yes I 100% agree I will not post that word again. Will not happen again
