Who's the admin that's engaging in conversation with 15 year old at age 60s/70s outside of official chat room matters?

To that admin:

It's a bad look on the site, doesn't confirm sinister mannerisms but the question comes up why engage with a person at age 15 on any general level when you're 60/70 years of age? Especially outside of chat room issues?

I didn’t say they were conversing. Just find it completely creepy and out of order. But then again this is “tHe uSeLeSS oNe” who’s credibility isn’t exactly credible when it comes to the so called paramount safety of chatrooms.
