Banned for "spam"

In the middle of private chatting I was banned for spam. This has to have been a mistake as I don't even so much as look at the main chat let alone spam in it.

Hello, this was a system filter ban probably due to a character you typed. I lifted the ban. Apologies for any inconvenience.
