Anyone reading this thread can see that you're just pushing your agenda and that I've been opposing it using an argument based on facts rather than opinions. All you've done is repeat the same stuff over and over again and this is not the first "debate" in which you've done this.

They can draw their own conclusions from that. I doubt they'll go in your favour.

Less chance of that happening when men are not in women's sports. Oh suddenly I feel like I've been bullied too after you hurt my feelings. Let's sue each other.

Would you rather an actual hostile environment, or the person in question asking to work somewhere else, in order to not have to work in said environment and solve the issue.

While, I believe personally neither your name, religious belief, skin colour or favourite music artist should have literally anything to do with it, unfortunately thats unlikely to happen, so next best thing would, after having that little interaction, ask to be moved somewhere else, that way both people can stay where they work, can keep to what they believe, and dont have to deal with the other.

one could ask the question .. who is creating causing 'a massive fuss'.

both sides are equally culpable.
strong feelings on both sides.

on the one hand, trans folk mostly want to live their lives in peace - i agree.
on the other hand, some strident activists say men can become women.
and that view offends most people's sense of logic and reason.

Hence - i think - that's why there is so much fraught strident arguing about this.

people disagree about things ...
and that should be ok. polite disagreements are good.

the problem is the Left - doubling down on their shibboleth beliefs eg men can become women, and vice versa.
that view, opinion, makes no sense. it makes no sense - re basic logic and biology.

It sort of does at a neural (brain) level. That was the point of my linking a scientific paper in the other thread just to show the idiot it's not imaginary, it's a real thing.

I think that matter should be assessed based on case by case merit only not at large. Surely there are some cases are genuine and medically proven. On the other hand there are some cases that ridiculous to consider, merely a cross dresser pursued for the sake of fun or impulse. I don't have problem accepting the first one. But no chance for the latter.
