Should trans people be accepted into the workplace?

I think that matter should be assessed based on case by case merit only not at large. Surely there are some cases are genuine and medically proven. On the other hand there are some cases that ridiculous to consider, merely a cross dresser pursued for the sake of fun or impulse. I don't have problem accepting the first one. But no chance for the latter.

Men cannot 'become' women.
for real. No. ... that is a stupid, illogical, idea.

but yet ... trans people should definitely be accepted in the workplace.
