Banned for no reason

i was offline and came back to me being banned for being “underaged” i have a id and birth certificate i can send as proof that i am 19,please help

it seems the problem may have fixed itself i was unbanned maybe 20 minutes after my post

I refreshed it a couple times I even closed out of my website and came in and I was still banned which is why I needed the post on the forum then about 15 to 20 minutes later I tried to go back on there again and I was magically unbanned I have no idea how it happened or what happened, but I am able to access the site now so I guess the problem is fixed. Thank you.
